I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. It offered affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and modern rooms that had comfortable beds. The location, in the center of the city, was convenient and there was a supermarket nearby for any supplies needed. The staff were friendly and could speak English, which made communication easy.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

They didn't find out booking made by Booked.net. It was ok because they had plenty of rooms free but I really recommend everyone to check your booking before arrival by email or phone call. We took a continental breakfast which had a time limitation and staff didn't know about it and they didn't want to feed us first day

I recently stayed at the Ibis in NN and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The free wifi in the rooms was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The unfriendly personnel on a reception, number has not been prepared for arrival: in number there were no towels and the soap, expensive breakfasts, Under windows of number building and noise all night long

Very nice hotel with very pleasant front desk staff. The deputy general manager Ludmila Glinchikova was always there and so willing to help and see to our needs to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this tourist/business hotel... Although the standard hotel room is small but it is sufficiently modern and clean... Quiet too. Also the hotel location is great... 10 mins. Walk to the popular shopping street. All four of us from Taiwan enjoyed our stay very much!

Very nice hotel! Good location (15 min from Bol.Pokrovskaya), fresh furniture. Reasonable price 2 500 rr on weekend.

We loved the hotel's location close to the city center as we could easily walk everywhere and access transportation options to get to the very front door by taxi, to a nearby cafe or to the railway station by bus. The hotel facilities were clean and sufficient for our needs, including a small gym and ironing rooms. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous, speaking good English and even going above and beyond to help us find a particular product in the city. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.

Good new rooms.

Staff on reception is really rude and cannot solve simple things. They were trying to charge a higher price than was indicated in the booking confirmation telling in a rude manner that was not their business. Only manager Elena Gorbacheva was very polite and really solved this problem.

Convenient location to main pedestrian mall.

Check in and check out took some time, longer than usual in other hotels I've stayed in.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary drinks they offered on Christmas eve and the special Christmas dinner they prepared. The hotel's location near popular tourist spots and public transportation made it easy for us to explore the city. Plus, the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

My experience was not all positive. The room was not as clean as I expected, and the towels they provided were old and worn.

Noise from the street (room with garden view, 9th floor). Trouble with water in the morning.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is the new one - opened it's doors in December 2010.

The door to the the toilet in the room can't be blocked, there is no lock.. :)
